Decentralization of Education

In booklet series published by UNESCO, it highlighted that the befits of decentralized learning facilities. The governance and ownership is recognize that depending on the region the running of a school may or may not be suitable for a decentralized operation. One thing that was highlighted that wasn't suitable for decentralization was that separating the standard or education.
